UPDATE: I haven't actually seen anything from the bishops' meeting on this video yet. (Right now it is a priest praying the rosary.) I assume that the bishops are on a break, and that live coverage will return soon, but I am not sure.
UPDATE 2: I see the bishops on the video now (1:46 PM U.S. Central Time).
